This document sets out the rules governing the use of the 79aa platform by all registered users in Brazil. Please read it carefully before creating your account — by registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to all the terms below.

To create an account on 79aa, you must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid CPF. Accounts created with false information are closed immediately and balances are frozen.
Verified accounts can withdraw via Pix with no fee and no weekly withdrawal limit. The Pix key must be registered in the account holder's name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
Every bonus granted by 79aa comes with specific rollover requirements and an expiry date. Failing to meet the requirements before the deadline will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.

Registration on 79aa is free and personal — each CPF entitles the holder to one account only. During account creation, the User provides personal data that must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 79aa reserves the right to request confirmation of this data at any time.
To complete registration, the User must provide: full legal name as shown on a government-issued ID, CPF, date of birth, an active email address, a Brazilian mobile number, and a secure password. Your email address is used for important communications, transaction confirmations, and account recovery — keep it up to date.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity carried out using their credentials. 79aa strongly recommends using a unique password and enabling two-factor authentication in the account settings. 79aa is legally required to verify the identity of its users before processing withdrawals above certain amounts, or when transactions require confirmation. The KYC process is straightforward and handled entirely through the account dashboard — no document printing or in-person visits required.
Accepted documents include: national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport, or any other official government-issued photo ID. In some cases, proof of address issued within the last 90 days and proof of ownership of the Pix key used for withdrawals may also be required.
Attention: Until identity verification is complete, 79aa may temporarily suspend withdrawals from the account. This does not affect bets placed with real funds already deposited. KYC review is typically completed within 24 business hours.
79aa handles all information collected during KYC with strict confidentiality and in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Documents are stored with encryption and are never shared with third parties, except when required by a competent authority.

The minimum deposit at 79aa is R$ 10.00. The maximum amount per transaction varies by payment method and can be checked in the account's deposit panel. Multiple deposits are allowed, subject to the individual limits of each method.
All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. 79aa does not accept deposits made by third parties, regardless of the payment method. Deposits of unidentified origin or made by third parties will be returned and the associated account may be investigated.

The only available withdrawal method at 79aa is Pix. To make a withdrawal, the User must have a Pix key registered in their name — the key may be a CPF, email, mobile number, or random key, as long as it is linked to a bank account held by the same CPF as the 79aa account.
For accounts with completed identity verification, Pix withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes of the request, 24 hours a day. For accounts still under verification, processing may take up to 2 business days while the review is in progress.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There is no weekly withdrawal limit for verified accounts — however, transactions above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional confirmation from 79aa's financial operations team, in accordance with Brazilian regulatory requirements.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus balance into real balance — and then request a withdrawal — users must meet the rollover requirement specified in each promotion's terms. Real balance accumulated through bonus wagers may be withdrawn normally once the rollover is completed.
Attention: Withdrawal attempts involving bonus abuse, bet laundering, or any other fraudulent behavior will result in the immediate blocking of the withdrawal, an account investigation, and possible permanent closure with balance forfeiture.
79aa offers a welcome bonus and regular promotions for registered users. Each bonus has its own specific terms available on the promotion page, including expiry date, rollover requirement, minimum odds, and eligible game categories. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a bonus, the specific terms prevail.
Using 79aa bonuses in an abusive manner is prohibited, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to eliminate risk (arbing), using automated tools to meet rollover requirements, and any other practice that undermines the legitimate purpose of the bonus. If any of these practices are identified, the bonus will be immediately cancelled and the account may be closed.
79aa offers Sports Betting across a wide range of disciplines, with a strong focus on Brazilian football — Brasileirão Série A, Série B, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores — as well as basketball (NBB), volleyball, MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and more.
A bet is only considered valid once the confirmation is displayed on screen and the wager appears in the account's bet history. Users are responsible for reviewing all bet details — team, market, odds, and stake — before confirming. 79aa does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation, except in cases expressly covered by these Terms.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned to the user's balance in the following situations: the event was cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours with no rescheduled date; the match was abandoned before completing regulation time and was not resumed; a verified technical error occurred in the odds recorded at the time of the bet. In these cases, 79aa automatically processes the refund within 24 hours.
79aa applies maximum bet and payout limits per event, which vary by market and sport. These limits are displayed when you enter your stake. For parlay bets (multiples), the maximum payout per ticket is R$ 500,000.00. Lower limits may apply to live markets depending on how the game is unfolding.
When odds are published with an obvious error — for example, odds of 500.00 on a heavy favorite — 79aa reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds and return the staked amount to the user's balance. The determination of an obvious error is made by the platform's operations team based on objective market criteria.
The 79aa casino section includes slots, Live Casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), and crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, Zeppelin, and more). All games are provided by internationally certified suppliers, with Return to Player (RTP) rates within regulated ranges.
The crash games available on 79aa use the Provably Fair system, which allows users to mathematically verify the randomness of each round through a cryptographic hash published before each game begins. This system ensures that neither 79aa nor its providers can manipulate results once a round has started.
In the event of a technical failure during a casino or crash game session — including connection drops, server errors, or power outages — 79aa will take the following measures: for games with server-side state (crash games with auto cash out enabled), the result recorded on the server stands; for interrupted slot sessions, the wagered amount will be returned to the balance. 79aa is not liable for connection issues on the User's end.

The User agrees to use the 79aa platform lawfully and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
Violating any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, withholding of pending withdrawals for investigation, and, in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at suporte@79aa.best. Before closure, any pending real balance withdrawals are processed as normal. Unconverted bonus balance is forfeited upon voluntary closure.
79aa may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following situations: breach of these Terms; well-founded suspicion of fraud or unlawful activity; a responsible gambling self-exclusion request; an order from a judicial or regulatory authority; or confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
When closure is initiated by 79aa due to a serious violation of the Terms (fraud, laundering, multiple accounts), the account balance is held while an internal investigation is underway. If the investigation confirms the violation, the balance may be cancelled in full or in part based on the harm caused to the platform. The User is notified by email of the investigation's outcome.
79aa believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or an obligation. The platform provides responsible gambling tools that any user can access and activate directly from their account dashboard, with no need to contact support:

79aa makes ongoing efforts to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 4 hours in advance via email and an in-platform notice. For emergency maintenance, users are notified as quickly as possible.
79aa is not liable for losses resulting from: user-side internet connection issues; betting decisions based on third-party information; misuse of access credentials by third parties due to the user's own negligence; or force majeure events (pandemics, natural disasters, telecommunications infrastructure strikes).
79aa's maximum liability to any User for any cause is limited to the real balance available in the User's account at the time of the triggering event. The platform is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or non-material damages not directly attributable to a proven act or omission by 79aa.
79aa reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days before taking effect. Operational or editorial changes (wording corrections, updated contact details) may be implemented without prior notice.
The version of these Terms currently in effect is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown in the header. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and request a withdrawal of your available real balance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, in particular the Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the specific sports betting legislation in force in Brazil.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall first be submitted to an amicable resolution attempt through 79aa's support channel. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the exclusive venue for resolving any disputes, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
